Getting noticed by someone you like isn't always the EASIEST thing. I would have to say its all abou your "looks". As shallow as that may seem its the truth. Personality sadly comes second. So when you see him look your best. Most boys are pervs so show a little more the usual. Im not telling you to hoe it up, im just saying cut the shirts a lower and the skirts a bit higher ;D Try and find a friend that knows him so you can all chill. Most guys really do know when your flirting, they just play stupid. So make it a bit more obvious around him.

But also it kinda sounds like this guy is a player. Because you said he was more into "hook-up's" then a relationship. Just know thats its very rare to have the ability to change someone. Very few girls can do it. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

Ive had guys who claim that they didnt want a relationship. So i know how you feel. Yes, it sucks but you will get over it. Just DONT hook-up with him because thats not gonna make him want you more, it will just show that your easily taken advantage of. Boys know when they have control. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THEM.
